On 7-21-10 at 11:47 pm, Canandaigua Police Dept. reports the arrest of Nicole M. Erb, 23, of 141 Tillotson St., Canandaigua, on an arrest warrant for assault 3rd. The arrest followed a police department investigation into a fight that occurred on June 23rd, 2010. Erb was arraigned before Judge Aronson and committed to Ontario County Jail in lieu of 2500 cash bail. She is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.

07-22-10, The Canandaigua Police Dept reports the arrest of Douglas Quigley, 32, of Macedon following a domestic dispute occuring on Jefferson Avenue. After the initial investigation, it is alleged Quigley pushed another person several times during an argument. Quigley was charged with Harassment in the second degree. He was arraigned in city court and released to appear at a later date.

Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, That Sheriff's Deputies arrested 3 Monroe County residents following a larceny investigation at a Town of Seneca Falls Business. Sheriff's Deputies arrested David R. Fallon age 28 of 117 Falmouth Street Rochester, Christina M. Warren age 23 (same address), And James K. Welsher age 48 of 116 Stutson Street Rochester. All three were charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th, Endangering the Welfare of a child, and Conspiracy 6th. It is alleged that Fallon, Warren and Welsher stole property exceeding $800 and tried to hide it in a diaper bag as they exited the business. Upon the arrival of Sheriff's Deputies Fallon and Warren fled in a vehicle with an unrestrained 2 year old; Sheriff’s Deputies stopped the vehicle on North Road in the Town of Seneca Falls. Welsher was apprehended in the business’ parking lot. The 2 year old was temporarily placed with Seneca County Child Protective Services until a family member could be located to take custody of the child. Fallon was issued a traffic ticket, in addition to his other charges, for operating a vehicle with a child under the age of 4 not in a child safety seat. All three were arraigned before Seneca Falls Town Justice Mahoney and were committed. Fallon was committed in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond. Warran was committed in lieu of no bail. Welsher was committed in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond. All three will have to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court August 11th 2010 at 9 a.m. New York State Police and Waterloo Village Police also assisted Sheriff's Deputies at the scene.

07-21-10, The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of Danielle Jones, 28, of Manchester for petit larceny after police responded to Kinney Drugs for a shoplifter in custody. Employees of Kinneys observed Jones allegedly place items in her purse then attempt to leave the store without paying. Jones was turned over to the police where she was processed and released on an appearance ticket to appear at city court at a later time.

 

 

On Wednesday July 14,2010 at approx. 10:26 p.m. Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Gary A. Goodman age 54 of 152 Fall Street Apt.1  Seneca Falls NY 13148. Goodman was arrested  on an arrest warrant issued out of Seneca Falls Town Court following an investigation of an incident that occurred at Goodman's home. Goodman was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, harassment in the second degree and disorderly conduct after he engaged in a physical altercation with a 15 year old female Village resident. Goodman was arraigned in front of Waterloo Village Court Justice D. Mattoon and committed to SCCF in lieu of $2,500.00 cash bail / $5,000.00 ins. bond. Goodman is to appear in SF Town Court on 08-11-10 at 9:00 a.m.



Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports,  Deputies arrested Andrew J Ginter, 56, of 1079 Warren Rd Ithaca NY on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Waterloo Court for Failure to Pay Fine. Ginter failed to pay his fine on an original charge of Forgery in the 2nd Degree. Ginter was arraigned in Village of Waterloo Court and pled guilty. He was sentenced to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for term of 89 days or a fine of $250.00.
